router setup with new mirc 6.14

i've tried all the guides i can find and all of them have the dcc ports under dcc options, i can't see this dcc ports in the new mirc 6.14, anybody else got the problem or know how to fix?

In mIRC 6.14 that got moved to Connect, Options, than the 'Advanced' button
