DCC per send bandwith limit not workin

i set the limit for each DCC to 10000 CPS and the send went at 29 kb/s. now i set it to 10000 for the test but it obsly didnt work. plz help cause i'm using comcast now and they have a 30k up cap
and if i send at 30 k it will have no more bandwith to keep a connectin between the comp and the IRC server

How many allowed sends did you set up?
The per send limit is multiplied with total number of allowed sends, and the result is used as max total bandwidth limit.
If you have one active send but three allowed, the only send will get three times the per send bandwidth.

Have The same problem

I have capped the send at 40KB/s
But the send goes with 53KB/s (my total upload bandwidth)

I have only 1 send open and allowed.

Also don't see a timer running for capped speed.
