Need some help

I've notice that this is'nt the most active forum, but i need some help and i'm a complete noob at this.
What i need
1. When someone types my nick and a message i get a notice in the active channel, but is i possible to get all of the notice in a new windows instead?
2. Is it possible to add more name/nick to the nick alert?
3. Is it possible to make a "auto answer" to all people who type to me, like "State your question please"
4. Is it possible to "set away" and keep the name as it is and with no message to all the channels. But when someone message me or type my nick it should autoanswer -AFK-

1) Use the pager (for while you are away, which is really the only reason to not see it in active).
2) In what way? It gives all that's needed.

What do you mean with "use the pager"? What is the pager?
Some people are just type my nick in short. Ex, my name is asdfasdf and someone just type asdf.
And if i use silent away there is no "auto answer" in the channel if someone type my nick.

Look in the Away Manager and you'll find the Pager. It does what you're asking.

I dont know if i can change this in Invision or if it is in mIRC settings.

First of. Every time i person i typing my nick i get a notification in the Active window (like «nick in #channel at [5:20am]»)
Is it possible to get this notification in a new window?

Second. I have a -sBNC window (i'm a bouncer admin) And every time someone is logged on i get a new message, really enoying when it is 40 persons
Is there any way to stop Invision to tell me that i got a new message just for this window?

The point of the nick alert is to show you that someone said something to you. That means it should always display in active. If you are trying to have a list of everything someone said using your nick, turn on the log option for it. If you don't want it there at all, disable nick alert.

If you want nothing to appear in that window, you'd have to write a script that will block text from appearing in it.

I need to see all the text in -sBNC, but i dont want mirc to make a sound every time it happens something (like when a bnc user logged in)

Disable the sounds for those messages in the Sound Manager or else disable sounds in mIRC's options.

You have to choose what you want. You can have nick alert off and then you won't get sounds from it, or you can have sound for messages off and then you won't get sound from other messages. mIRC doesn't know what messages you want sound for, so you have to choose one or the other. You can always set all query windows to beep in mIRC options then disable beeps on the bnc window if that's how you want it handled.
