XDCC respond to !list

Was wondering if there is a option to make invision's XDCC server respond with a small ad when someone types !list. I've seen this on a few other scripts, but can't seem to find the option on here. Maybe someone has already written a small code to do this? Thanks for the help in advance.

For my own needs, I've modified Invision to let both TDCC and XDCC respond to !list and to let them be silent (that's to say without any channel advertisement).
But these are quite heavy modifications to have this work for each TDCC trigger and the XDCC.

If you really are interested I can try to find every modification I've made but I can't do that quickly, I'm quite overbusy
