I'm running v2.0 b.3515 ...

How do you set the 'Instasend' ? where and with what value ? numerical or simple on/off ?

In "Dcc Manager" the "Insta-send feature is" box is BLANK ??? how should I enable it and with what value ?

The Instasend all u need to do is check the box and enable the file size to be sent instantly. Pretty simple
