fserv problem

I am trying to run a fserv, but i ran into a problem.

when people join the server, they dont see the whole connect message, but only a few lines ( i personally only see 1 line when i try to connect to it with a clone).

also the fserv doesnt react to any commands...

how can i fix this, or is there a solution to my problem? :)

What lines are seen by the users? Does it stop at "Waiting for acknowledgement" or is there more?

Try getting the combined Invision/mIRC pack from . That might help.
