Check

Check to see that it is unchecked in Global as well as each network you have already been to (global settings only affect networks you've not been to before). If you change the TDCC setting only on undernet, for example, then if you go to efnet, the TDCC setting won't be changed for that network if it was originally set up as a global setting, which it sounds like has happened.
You can find me at #Invision on irc.irchighway.net or #OldGames on irc.undernet.org if you need me for anything.

Global

Global settings are set while you are not connected to a server. It is possible to see global settings if you attempt to connect to a fake network (eg. /server -m s <---- s is not a real network) so that you can set it up while you are connected somewhere, but I've recently been told that doing it this way does not save your settings for global after you shut down Invision, so I'd just do it while not connected anywhere.

Note that global settings only affect networks you have never been on (since installing). If you went through your Settings folder and deleted the folders of the networks there, then the global settings would work for all those networks that you currently have folders for. Otherwise, you must change settings on each of those individually while connected to each network if you want the settings changed on those networks.
