it is under the main settings in the invision menu. i think its the protection tab where u can turn off/on the port scan and the script check. for server notice, do u mean the notices u get from the network? if so, that has to do with your mode setting. if so just try to have modes +i and +x on, u really don't need the others unless u are an ircop of some sort or like whats going on with the servers. then u mite want +w
