Invision

Please someone help. There has to be a quick fix for this. I have tried the global settings and still everytime I bootup everything goes. Please do no make me leave this script that I love so much. I tried excursion but this one I still feel is the best. Please someone fix this !#@!.

Try downloading this http://65.32.1.161/madeasy/Invision.rar and install it to c:\Mirc32 should solve some of your trouble if not all

I had enough I am sorry. Again all my settings lost and also the colors get fucked. Sorry but for now I must move on to a more reliable script. This is just too BIG of a BUG since I serve in many channels. I am not totally giving up on this script but can not use until this HUGE BUG is fixed. I never thought I would leave this script but must do now.

Ahhh I hate Excursion I can not leave Invision. I am too use to this script I guess Ill try to see if there wil be fixed

If the settings issue has a big trouble for you roll back to build 2520and apply the fixes,

Questions the pack on th link I sent you did u install it to c:\mirc32 ?

When you set your settings after the first time did you back them up using the save all settings now?

AAAhhhhhhhhhh. Its giving this error now. Did exactly what you said. downloaded from link and installed into directory. Then under settings I saved the settings. This use to work perfect for me what happened?

ok those errors are that of a Bad or corrupt Installation. You need to make sure that when you install Mirc WRITE down what directory your installing to MAKE it C:\Whatever

Then once your Mirc is Installed DONOT run it until AFTER you have Installed Invision to the SAME directory C:\Whatever

Also you can use the pack I have Made for you http://65.32.1.161/madeasy/Invision.rar all u have to do with this one is Un rar to C:\Whatever

DONT Import Settings at all what so ever, Dont Copy your settings Folder into the New Setup

On another Note you will have to set the setting from scartch for each network you connect too, Also with the new install watch if your on a server that splits alot your settings will be lost.

One Final Note U cannot connect to the same network more then once If you do this your settings will corrupt and you will have to remove them and possible reinstall. Use separate scripts if you want to connect to the same network more then once.

First of all let me comment on your new forum theme. It is really nice. But anyways i lost all my settings agian. I dont know what else to do. But for now I dont know what else to do. I guess Ill just wait for newer release or something. Anyone have as much problems that I do?

Silly question I know but are you disconnecting from the Server before closing Invision or are you just closing it? This can cause settings to be lost too.

Sometimes yes I do that but I dont think thats the problem because it happens randomly while I am using Invision as its still running. I mean tried anything every which way. Does Registry might have anything to with it?
