I am using nav 2003 and nis 2003?? any other suggestions!!!!!!

if your using the Nav 2003 is the Auto protect service been stopped, I suggest you go here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and scan for Virii and then go here http://scan.sygatetech.com/ and scan for trojans

your ports are full cause I think you are infected with lots trojans and virii if u can scann from other sources at a last resort format BUT dont connect to internet
until you install firewall then plug in your modem
