Not using router or firewall but dccserver no longer works.

This is extremely wierd. I don't use a firewall or router and whenever I type, /dccserver +sc on 59, it will show DCC Server is on (59,Send,Chat,Fserve).

Fine, but it doesn't work and yet, I could use Sysreset to access the same person's fserve.

I've a feeling this is a problem on my end but I don't really know how to fix it.

Any help?

I have same trouble on some File servers but I can Hit F6 to turn off the Fserv Explorer and it will work not always but sometimes other then that maybe someone else has some ideas
