Problem with XDCC server setup

I have setup an XDCC server with 4 packs
Ad is displayed in channel ok
But whenever anyone tries to get a pack, they will get the following message : Access has been denied because your not in one of the required channels

Can someone point out where is my mistake in the setup ?

Go to invision Dcc Manager set your Dcc watch Channels to what ever channels your on, Also ad that channel to your xdcc server manager
