Question about fserve setup

Im new to invision andI searched the posts. I seem to be having a problem with it. I set up everything just the way the setup file said, but when i try to fshare i get this in the the main folder
" * /fserve: invalid parameters (line 292, ialias2.mrc)"
* /did: invalid parameters (line 828, ialias1.mrc)

Does anyone have any idea what this is. I'm using invision 2.0 build 2520 w/mIRC 6.12 with the fix.and i have mcafee firewall(dcc ports added to it)

P.S. out of all the scripts I've tried ( a whole lot of them) Invision is the most USER FRIENDLY one that I've seen .

try going over your settings listed here http://www.ircmadeasy.com/invision_setup_fserve.htm and u say with the fix is that the 2520 script fixes

I followed the txt and I get this
* /load: no such file 'C:\Program Files\mIRC\i2b2520-FIXES\i2b2520-FIXES.mrc'

I can manualy send stuff but people cant connect through the triggers.
