100 % using processor

I use invision (the latest version) i have a DCC server and upload all the time.

The problem is that my processor is 100 % used and the computer is so slow : no way to watch a video, DVD, or play a game, the only way is to exit invision and reboot.

Please help me.

BTW, highlighting is off if it cam help you for helping me ...
