cnils, thanks for taking the time to respond. I'd seen that post but didn't make the connection between it and what our users are experiencing. Thanks for helping to clarify.

where are they getting invision from, make sure that they get it from legit sources, like invision.virtuallysurreal.net..
also mcafe sucks pupu. sorry. even when is brand new...
