I have a qwik Question

When i download something.. my kb/sec bounce all over the place between 120kb/sec and 215kb/sec no matter how good of a connection i am downloading from. I was just wondering if there was any way to fix this. It would be kinda nice if i could get it to stay at a steady pace of 200kb/sec but havent suceeded yet. Thanks in advanmce for the help!

You speed is based of numouros things, from your connection to the prsons connection your getting from, if your getting over 100K then that is realy good for most people, u can check out http://www.dslreports.com they have some tweeks there that they say can improve your connections performance
