Can Someone plz help me out?

Does anyone know how to turn this thing off like when u type !users in one channel it shows up in ALL channels .? Someone plz help me.

U talking about the notices u get ???? if so u can turn them to status window or turn them off File Option Irc uncheck show in active for Notices

but damn it doesnt work 
but does anyone know like if i go into a new channel and like the topic is Type @commands to get started and that shows up in all the channels that you are in.or like !users it shows the users in all channels plz someone hlep me
