Original release, consisting of the loose fix files with instructions on how to install them.

1. Created automated install for the Fix, simplifying entire process greatly which makes reading the instructions beforehand much less of a necessity.
2. Simplified and organized the instructions nfo file and fixed some typos.
3. Added icon for the setup file.
v1.2
1. Added a fixed toolbar bitmap so now the missing and misplaced toolbar icons are no longer an issue.
2. Made some small instructions nfo file changes.
