Having Download Problems..

I have a very weird problem.. If I log on to a fserver with ctcp command and do a get command on a file. When it comes to me, the download ALWAYS stops at 33 megs. It will not go farther or will not resume past there. But if I do a xdcc send command it will download just fine. I am running the latest version on invision and win xp. DSL with router. Not using xp firewall.. Anyone got any ideas. I am just frustrated with this one.. Thanks..
