Simple Questions

Postby float » Sat Aug 09, 2003 6:57 pm

Hi!
I got 2 simple questions:

1. How do I stop my icon in traybar to change when theres a message waiting, not activity under options - display - tray..
The icon in traybar flashes when theres something new written in any channel im on, verry annoying..

2. How do I disable or deactivate the scriptguard and the script corruption check, because ive been modifying the script a bit and added some other scripts, so when I start mIRC those huge warningsigns flashes my eyes..

1. not quite sure what you mean, but try...

file > options > IRC > options

UNcheck the "channel message" box under "Flash On:"

Click OK

2. Invision > Main Settings > Protection

Under "Self Scans and Logging" UNcheck the appropriate boxes.

Click Apply

Click OK

You can, but why are you bringing this up after 2 years?
You can find me at #Invision on irc.irchighway.net or #OldGames on irc.undernet.org if you need me for anything.
