Voiced in Channels

whether or not you are voiced has nothing to do with the ability to send or get files(unless the channel is moderated).

If no one can get files from you, it can be for alot of reasons.

Are you using a router ?

Do you have a firewall running ?

If you need "status" (voiced) you need to talk to the channel operators where you are serving, they are the ones who give/take it...

I am using a router but I do not have a firewall. I have checked everything that I know to check. It is very frustrating because no one can get any files from me.
