First thing, let me say that I do not use invision.

I have someone in one of my channels that's TRYING to use it, and needs help.

I have searched the forum, and not found an answer to this, so here's the question ..

Where do you look to STOP invision from changing the text color displayed in the channel (in other words, it's NOT shown on someone else's end as their default text color)?

I had them remove themes, and it still did it, so I know nothing else to tell them.

I think you are talking about the text that shows up on everyone else's clients of what they are saying in the channel? If so, no themes just effects what they see and hear on there end. What it sounds like you need to tell them is to go to Invision > Main Settings > Colors Tab > and then second section down (frame) on the right side you see a checkbox for "Enable Speech Color" and then a color select list to the right of that. Tell them to uncheck the box for the enable. THis will make his outgoing text normal. Also you should know that is by default is turned off, the user must have enabled it themself.
