Why?? and how can I stop it?

Everytime I set a ban or something in X at undernet the script sends the notice to every channel that I'm on even when they're not active.
That's kinda very ANNOYING, is there something I can do to stop that from happening?
Is there some kinda feature that needs to be disabled or something, please help me with this as soon as possible, cause it drives me completly insane.

That's the way mIRC handles notices.
The notice will be seen in any channel where you and X are in together.

so there's no config line or anything i can put in to make it stop?
I tried another script once and they made a feature witch allowed you to decide where you wanted your notices, and when i'm using original mirc without scripting X just sends the notice to that channel that I'm making the change or ban in.

in the "show in active" box, check the "notices" box
