XDCC is down, try again later :(

i'm a newbie, so sorry if this is a retarded question. i'm trying to figure out how to set up a XDCC server, but with no luck. i went to Invision->XDCC Server Manager. the settings i have in their is the following:

Max Sends Total: 2
Max Sends Each: 1
Max Queues Total: 5
Max Queues Each: 1

Delay (sec): 30
Ad Delay (min): 10
Line Delay: 800

Pack Listing (checked)

MOTD:
Invision 2.0 Build 1816

Advertising Channels:
#smallville.not (some channel i'm the only one in trying to test the XDCC server)

Auto Start (checked)

Tab1
file: filename.mpg
Description: filename

Downloads: 0

-and those are the only things i've touched. Can anybody please tell me why my XDCC server is still showing down when i /ctcp myself? thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Did you start it?
Right click in the channel, Server Controls -> XDCC -> Verbose/Brief Ad -> Start.
Then you should get someone else to try it for you.
