Disable "Enable Script Colors" in Invision -> Main Settings , Colors tab.

if u do that, it'll disable all the script colors rather than jus the fserve ad, if u like, u can rightclick the channel ur serving in, and check "block all color codes to channel" it'll disable all colors to that channel without interrupting the rest of the script colors, this feature is only available in invision build 2520.
