Nick Repond doesn't work anymore :(

Can someone help me ?

Since a few days de nick repond doesn't work anymore. When I do a double click on a user I do get the /> sing but when I enter a message after it and press enter it will not display the username. This happens also when I type <user>: <message.

Someone plzz!! I use it alot!!
The option nick repond is active in the main settings!

so i put this into my popups.ini:
