Is there any way to change when you click someone's name it doesn't do << NAME >>, or at least not in color since a lot of channels block color and I hate typing out names when replying to millions of people.......?

You can solve this in two ways.
Either uncheck "Dclk Nick Respond" in Invision -> Main Settings , General tab
Or you can right click in the channel that don't allow colors and choose "Block All Color Codes TO Channel"
