Waiting for acknowledgment

Oke here's my problem:

Ive installed invision for mirc...wanted to start serving big...went through al the settings with some guys...they gave me voice in their rooms..

I started the fileserver..BUT

When they tried to connect it just kept saying: Waiting for acknowledgment..

Im not between a firewall or rooter..so what did i do wrong?
