Adding personal aliases

How do I go about addidng personal aliases to the alias script? I'd like to add in some /nick shortcuts, but I don't know where in the file to do it. It also says, do not alter, so I don't want to screw it up.

Create a new file with your aliases in it.
Then load it by typing /load -a filename
The file will stay loaded between sessions. You can unload it with /unload -a filename
