Script checking reports 1 error

Noticed that the script check reports the following message:

What does this mean? Should I be concerned?

It means that the file is changed somehow from the way it was when distributed by Cryoa.
An easy fix for that would be to install Invision to a new directory and copy the file from that install over the changed one.
(imiscdlg.mrc in mIRC-dir\System\Remotes)
