error 10053: Software Caused Connection Abort

I have been receiving error 10053: Software Caused Connection Abort. Every five minutes or so I get disconnected from the server, and in response to a previous comment I am only connected to one Undernet Server. Someone told me I keep getting disconnected because I had too many auto starts, but I turned them off and I still get this problem. Can anyone help me fix this. problem. I use WinXP pro and build 2418
