It tells me to set my client to recieve transfer. Anyone know how to fix this???

try typing /dccallow (nick) , before you que files :roll:

If it happens sometimes then it's the servers' problem. If it happens all the time then you might need to map/forward ports or configure firewalls/routers appropriately to work properly. http://invision.virtuallysurreal.net and click on firewall/router button for more information.
