/notice message only in command window

Hello all,
I tryed the irc but got no anwser there.
May question is when I sent a /notice to someone in a channel and they are running invision too
they get the message in there reg. channel window and only they can see it.
But when they send me back a /notice it only shows in my command window.

I am guessing that it is something in the invision tab menu but I have yet to find it.
Can someone shed some light on this.

Main Settings > Additional Settings. You have a few options for notices there. Note that this was added in a recent update, so you'll need a newer version of Invision if you don't see it there.

I looked there a bunch and must have looked over it.
I changed it to show in active and working now.
