Urgent help with a small scripting issue

Hi all, Ive been using Invision for quite a while now and have come across a small need that I require.

When I am opped in a channel if any user types !son in the main channel I need a script addon that will automatically allow me to voice that particular user who has typed !son in main channel.

That way Im not having to sit at the computer for hours manually voicing people as they type !son.

Also if that code can be made could u also please tell me where it has to go so that it starts up when I am Opped
