Channel kicker

I would like to see a channel kicker. Something that does a whois and kicks\bans on the channels I select.
It could be put in the main setting and is for ops only.
It would also be nice if the blacklist was channel specific. What I mean is if someone breaks the rules on one channel they can be blacklisted on that channel but not another. A box can be put in that makes them blacklisted on all channels if it is checked.
Such an option can be put in the main settings. It would need to be large to hold all the ppl that are blacklisted.
