XDCC Request messages from someone who I banned yesterday

In the PhaZeNet server Status window I am getting these messages from someone who I banned yesterday... they aren't even connected now but I am still getting these... why? and how can I get rid of them? they seem to be using a script to hammering my server... and even though they aren't in my que, or in the channel for that matter, they are requesting constantly... wierd!!!

and they go on, and on, and on averaging one per minute

Just ignore them.

/ignore humm!*@*

or, do a whois to get their host info and do an ignore on that.
