fserv problem, long time invision install, too many folders?

Yes, 6.16 doesn't work well unless you do the fixes that are listed for it. Even then, we recommend using 6.14. Since the other problem fixed itself when reinstalling Windows, it must have been a Windows problem. Anyhow, I'm glad it's working again.
