Cant install the program ...just says checking for mirc....and ages later hangs.. any solution
running winxp sp2
p4 3.4gh over 1gb memory and over 800gb hdd space available.

You have to install mIRC as well. Go to http://www.mirc.com and download mIRC. Install it, then install Invision to the same folder.

First, 6.16 doesn't work well with Invision without modification of the script. Second, if you can't get it to find where mIRC is installed, then your registry probably doesn't have the correct information in it for mIRC... you could reinstall mIRC, or go to http://www.ircmadeasy.com and download the pack that includes mIRC & Invision.
