I need the command to turn off ctcp triggers only
my check box greyed out even when not serving
and i want to be able to use a non ctcp trigger.

Get a real copy of Invision. You are using a hacked copy made by some group like TMZ which has disabled that option. You should never download Invision from any source other than official sources.
