with /describe i get this error:
* /describe: insufficient parameters (line 28, ialias2.mrc)
with /say i get this:
* /say: insufficient parameters (line 37, ialias2.mrc)
with /msg $chan:
* /msg: insufficient parameters (line 18, ialias2.mrc)
say on action...

That means that slap.txt is not there, is empty, or is not in your mIRC folder. If it's in a subfolder, you have to let the script know that.
