Filenames aren't usually very clean or accurate, so having it read the filename wouldn't really make sense.

As for reading the other tag... you have to talk to mIRC's developers about that. Invision uses a mIRC command to retrieve that information and can only retrieve what mIRC has a command for.

Well my filenames are all accurate, as my previous example shows. I was just looking for an alternative. Thanks for the responses, appreciate it.

Well, the problem with doing it by filenames is that if the script does that, then for most people, it won't look good. :)

You might either request that change from mIRC's forums, or put a feature request in the other forum for an option of displaying filename or ID3 tag.
