adding which channels to serve in fserv

Hey, i was trying to set up a fserv following the intructions from the invision website.
this is what i did
go to > invision>file server manager>triggers>channels>disable the "all channels"
the website said to choose each channel individually...
well how do u do that? cause when i disable the box nothing happens
