Why cant you double click on a name in the name list and a private new chat window open like in all other scripts? Is there a way to fix this or change in a setting?

You can. Go to Main Settings and turn off "Dbl Clk Nick Respond"

or hold down ctrl and double click on hthier name if u like the nick completor

For nick completer, I personally find it easier to have that dbl clk nick respond off and simply typing the first 2-4 letters in the nick, hitting TAB and then : and what I want to say. Of course, on huge channels, this isn't useful... but then, how often do you want to use it on large channels? It works fine on 100-200 person channels.
