invision gets hung up

everytime i start invision it gets hung up...and i get nothing but a non responsive program.excursion does the same and also when i try to install 3515 it gets an error and quits...any help would be lovely!

Try installing first plain mirc to a new folder (c:\mirc for example ... if it's not already there). Test it. If it works, install Invision into that folder and test it. If it works, great. If not, let us know.

If mIRC doesn't work by itself, then you have something that is preventing it from running (other software, or even a virus... tho I've not seen any that block mIRC from running).
