anti idle kicker

How about a nice little feature that checks to see how long people have been idle in a channel that you are oped in then when they reach the specified time ie 20hours it kicks or bans them from the channel with a msg like you have been idle to long please be more active.
i think this would be a cool feature and it would help stop people coming into channels with autoget scripts and just sitting there for days leeching

would also agravate ppl too. i sometimes sit in a que on bots for 30 hours waiting for a send to start, not everybody has adsl/cable, ppl still use dialup and get at speeds of 3k per second. 800meg takes a long time at 3k
so wouldnt really be vaible in that respect, you wouldnt like it if u had been queued for say 19 hours and at the 20th hour get kick/banned for being idle waiting for a send would you?

yeah
it would have to have a setting a setting for non servers
but i would have some input in the channel like play the trivia otherwise you have a channel full of leechers that arnt prepaired to help the channel and set up a server
