howz about +v and above only setting

with regard to my post in general/ISP problems and recent RIAA & sim attacks of late... would a +v & above only setting on dcc/xdcc sends be a good idea...unfortunatly not avail in current invision,,,

response welcome...just dont ask me not to serve illegal files..i got my reasons
