Auto-Triggering for XDCC fserves when a get file fails

Well i hope this should be allowed by adding the desired triggers in a list format...... having priority

YOU LAZY ASS BITCH! GO QUEUE UP AGAIN! not just that, normaly you get the file again. it retries sending it to you and if it doesnt.. GO QUEUE UP AGAIN!
