Really the only tricky part is to perform this in some way that it doesnt end up spueing a bunch of lines into a channel and get you flood kicked and/or kicked from the server itself. If you span it out to slow to prevent that then you likley get someone talking in between the display output and then its not as nice... but I think maybe I got a solution.
