As you know, the RIAA has been given permission to go after 1000s of file sharers. They have recieved the information about the sharers via their ISPs.
http://cvs.suche.org/horde/chora/cvs.php/ip.prefix contains a list of all ISPs and their attitude about logging. Any ISP below ", 127 ," likes to log transfers and share such information. The p2p client eMule already has implemented a security device to ban a range from the ipfilter.dat file and it seemed like a good idea for invision too.

this is not really necessary since most broadband connections are behind a firewall anyways (from the server side). other wise just tell norton or whatever virus of firewall app you are using to "filter" that file. and i also heard that they gave up. why? apperently too many ppl!
