IP scanner not responding in 7.1

just as the topic says the IP scanner doesnt respond for me in 7.1.... It says please wait and thats it i waited nearly 3 hours for another response and nothing... but then when i reconncted I got mass spam about IP's that weren't even correct...

Try disabling upnp options in mIRC - Alt-O > Connect > Options > Ports. You're probably getting hung up from that.
